Park Lane Healthy Homes, owned by Steven Deutser and Brent Friedman, is a sister company to Park Lane Builders. Since 1987, Park Lane Builders has specialized in building exceptional quality custom homes and high end remodels in the Houston area with an exquisite attention to detail.

Five years ago, Park Lane Builders was trained in the “building sciences” associated with energy efficiency and has since built and remodeled many homes using these principles. Park Lane Builders knows that there are many facets to making a “Healthy Home” and that the individual components must work in concert in order for a house to perform – specifically, to maximize its ability to condition air and retain conditioned air, and to maintain indoor air quality for health and comfort.

To view the component parts as isolated systems, as the majority of home builders and remodelers do, is akin to asking each of a tuba, violin, cello, cymbal, and bass drum player to independently play from different music.  Park Lane Builders and Park Lane Healthy Homes act as conductors to ensure that homes, and all of their component systems, are performing in concert.

We started with sealing and servicing our HVAC, then we installed a radiant barrier, insulation, insulated trims/CFL lights and weather stripping and now we are addicted to continuing to bring our bills down and tighten our house – we’re currently working with them on some bigger items including generators and solar panels.
